Wizard - our President

Real name ... Peter Roberts ... Alias ... Wizard ... and I am the so-called leader of the Nullaboys, and why ?? ... Because nobody else wanted the job, that’s why.

For many years I had organised and planned the rides that we went on, so it was only natural that I ended up with the top job, and lucky me, because now I’m stuck with it.

I do the Nulla Noos which is our newsletter, I still organise most of the rides around the country, I arrange our social get-togethers, and pretty well everything else that needs to be done.

It’s just lucky I’ve retired from the work force so I could find the time to do it all.

I’ve been riding bikes since I was 18 years old, and most were Japanese, but i bought my first Harley in 1996, a Violet Pearl Softail Custom, and when I sold it in 2003, she’d done 154,000kms. I upgraded to an Ultra Classic in 2003, and sold that in July 2010 for a new 103ci Ultra Limited, and I think that this could be the last bike for me.

The open road now beckons, and if the wife will let me go, with or without her, I can see this bike being well worn with long distance rides when it’s sold or maybe scraped.
